Violations are investigated upon complaint by the general public. If you have spoken with your landlord and s/he has failed to make corrections you may call this office for an appointment for inspection. If you see or know of a building that looks like it requires attention, contact this office and we will investigate. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot and will not enter any dwelling unit without the consent of the person in control of the unit or without a qualified adult over the age of eighteen present. Once a violation is issued the owner is required to make corrections in the amount of time allotted on the notice.
