The Engineering Office oversees contract services for survey, design and construction management. It is the mission of this department to operate and maintain a variety of functions in an efficient and cost effective manner. These functions include engineering, building maintenance, street lighting and fire alarms and signal maintenance.

The Engineering Department is responsible for keeping the following records:

· City Owned Buildings

· Wastewater Treatment Facilities
