Marriage Licenses are issued on Monday and Wednesday
from 8:00AM to 3:00PM or by appointment.

In order to obtain a marriage license, when there are no prior marriages both parties be present and bring:
- a valid driver's license
- a certified copy of birth certificate
If there are any previous marriages , information regarding previous marriages must be furneshed inthe applicaiton for a marriage license. This includes whether former spouses are living and whether the applicants are divorced. Certified copies of Decree of Divorce or a Certificate of Dissolution of Marriage are required.
The cost for the license is $40 and although the license is issued immediately, the marriage ceremony may not take place within 24 hours from the exact time that the license was issued. The license will then be valid for 60 days. Other information will be required if one or both of the applicants are a minor.
