Who is eligible to obtain a certified marriage certificate?
- The bride or groom
- Other persons who have a court order
Identification Requirements - application must be submitted with copies of either A or B:
A. One of the following forms of valid photo-ID:
- Driver's License Photo ID
- Non-Driver's Photo ID Card
- Passport
- Employment Photo ID
B. Two of the following showing the applicant's name and address:
- Utility or telephone bills
- Letter from a government agency dated with the last six (6) months
What is the fee for a marriage certificate copy?
- The fee is $10.00 per marriage certificate copy (we accept personal checks or money orders made payable to the City Clerk)
